What is a health and wellness coach? A health and wellness coach is a supportive partner who helps clients make lasting lifestyle and behavior changes to improve their overall well-being. Coaches work collaboratively with clients to create personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies, provide accountability and encouragement, and support clients in turning health goals or care plans into realistic, sustainable actions—all in a respectful, non-judgmental environment.
How do you hold clients accountable to their plan? Accountability is built through consistent support, collaboration, and follow-through. Coach M help clients set clear, realistic goals and regularly check in to review progress, celebrate successes, and identify obstacles. Rather than using pressure or judgment, accountability focuses on encouragement, problem-solving, and helping clients stay aligned with their values and commitments.
What is it like to work with coach M? Working with Coach M is an energizing and supportive experience rooted in holistic care and genuine connection. Coach M brings enthusiasm, laughter, and high-energy encouragement to every session, balanced with persistence, firm accountability, and grace. Clients are met with motivation, compassion, and—when desired—prayerful support, creating a space that is uplifting, respectful, and empowering.Each coaching relationship is thoughtfully tailored to the individual, honoring personal goals, values, and needs while providing consistent guidance and encouragement to support lasting health and wellness changes.
Where do we meet? All one-on-one coaching sessions are conducted virtually. In-person workshops and corporate wellness coaching are available upon request in the Chicagoland and South Suburbs areas.
What happens if I want to stop coaching? We understand that circumstances and priorities can change. If you choose to pause or end coaching, we kindly ask for a 14-day notice. During that time, we’ll work together to create a thoughtful transition plan designed to help you maintain progress and continue applying what you’ve learned. Our goal is to support your long-term success—even beyond coaching—by offering guidance, resources, and next steps that help you feel confident moving forward.
How long will it take to see results? There’s no exact timeline, because everyone’s journey is different. Progress depends on factors like consistency with your plan, effort in workouts, stress management, and how your body responds. What we do know from lived experience is that when you stay committed and keep moving in the right direction, results will come—whether that’s in a few months or over a longer period of time. We’re here to help you avoid misinformation, understand your body, navigate challenges, and keep making progress toward your goals.
